Audience

Delegates with limited or no experience of Project Management who will be working in a project / PRINCE2 environment.

Alternatively delegates with knowledge of project management techniques who wish to extend their knowledge of PRINCE2 along with practical planning experience.

Finally – delegates who already have PRINCE2 qualifications and wish to put them into practice in a supportive environment

Objectives
