- Delegates with limited or no experience of Project Management who will be working in a project / PRINCE2 environment.
- Alternatively delegates with knowledge of project management techniques who wish to extend their knowledge of PRINCE2 along with practical planning experience.
- Finally – delegates who already have PRINCE2 qualifications and wish to put them into practice in a supportive environment

Objectives

- To be able to apply product based planning techniques to new projects
- To give delegates practical planning experience within the PRINCE2 framework creating high quality plans in a workshop environment
- To gain understanding of the family of PRINCE2 components and processes and how to apply them
- To use the plans as a foundation for replanning in order to control a project
